Supported Internships support young people aged 16 to 24 years, with an EHCP, build the skills, experience and confidence for paid work.
Each intern starts with a skills assessment and a vocational profile, works with a dedicated job coach and is matched to a suitable work placement.
Current programmes run with John Ruskin College and Croydon Council, Croydon College and ISS at Croydon Hospital, and Orchard Hill with DFN Project SEARCH and Amazon.
