Croydon Pathways to Adulthood Programme

The Croydon Pathways to Adulthood Programme helps young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) aged 19+ to develop life skills and prepare for adulthood.

It is run by Croydon College’s Pathways Centre (at Coulsdon College) and the Croydon Youth Disability Project (at Waddon Youth Hub).

Who is it for?

Young people (aged 19+) with SEND, including those with complex needs, sensory, or physical disabilities.
