Legislation


Legislation is law that has been produced by a governing body in order to regulate and monitor practices. In addition to following the EYFS there are a number legislative Acts that a business is required to adhere to, to comply with the law. Although the following list is by no means exhaustive, it will give you an indication of what you may need to consider going forward as a business:
